MUSTANG VOLLEYBALL CAMP

MVHS Nash Center – Kayenta, Arizona
(For boys and girls who will be in grades 1st- 12th in the Fall 2022)
1st – 5th Grade
11:00 am – 12:30 pm DST
$20 per player
6th – 12th Grade
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm DST
$40 per player
Please complete and detach the registration form. Bring the registration form and
fee (CASH ONLY) to the first day of camp session.
- ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK DURING CAMP.
- Registration for the camp will take place at the first session ONLY. Players must bring a completed registration form and fee (CASH ONLY) with them. NO REGISTRATION ON THE SECOND DAY OF CAMP.
- Players are expected to be at every session of the camp on time. The first activity of each day is warming up. It is important for the participant’s safety that they take part.
- Parents are responsible for their child’s transportation to and from camp. Drop off and pick up area in front entrance of the Nash Center.
- Athletes will be involved in strenuous physical activity. It is advisable, for their safety to report to camp in good condition.
- Players must supply their own kneepads and water bottle.
- For the safety of the participants, we will not be allowing parents and spectators in the Nash Center and Beets gym.
- Monument Valley High School, Kayenta Unified School District #27 and the camp staff are not responsible for any injury and/or loss that may occur during this camp.
